Taste: Parma Violets and honeysuckle dominate the palate providing sweetness and a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Ginger and cinnamon spice contribute to the complex lingering spice. Aftertaste: Floral, an almost fruity aftertaste of gingery warmth, elderflower and a slight black pepper finish.
