Yethu - White Blend

Full-bodied dry white wine with rich notes of quince, melon, and honeysuckle.

The grapes were harvested early morning before being de-stemmed and sorted. The wine was naturally fermented in 500L French oak barrels and kept on the gross lees for 9 months before blending and bottling.
