Appearance: Crystal clear

Aroma: Fragrant floral & spicy notes of cinnamon with light peppery notes from cubeb berries, with a fresh burst of lemony coriander and soft juniper.

Taste: Piney juniper and coriander develop into a silky mouthfeel, with a peppery bite that combines notes of ginger and cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Aftertaste: Long and lingering citrus & ginger, cinnamon, with a spicy alpine mint finish.
