O Connell's Shiraz

A bold, full-bodied wine with aromatic notes of smoke, black fruit and pepper spice. Subtle complexities are liquorice, cacao and cola. Flavours are ripe and pleasingly complex. The full mouthfeel is dynamic in the range of senses.

Given the light nature of the wine and its fruitiness, it is ideal for burgers, ribs, stews, and pasta. A host of weighed and flavour-intense foods are also suited to Shiraz.
